DUES AND FRD COMPLIANCE REPORTS BECOME DELINQUENT AFTER SEPTEMBER 4, 2012

Due to September 1 falling on a Saturday, and the Labor Day holiday falling on September 3, the period for paying dues and submitting FRD Compliance reports is extended until SEPTEMBER 4, 2012.

Dues payments and compliance reports received, whether online, mail, email, or by hand delivery, become delinquent atmidnight September 4.  Late payments and late reporting are each subject to separate  $25.00 penalties.

**Registration to complete your compliance information and submit payment online will close at midnight on August 29.

If you have not registered before that time you will need to submit via paper form. If you need a replacement dues notice, FRD compliance form, or IOLTA compliance form pleaseclick here. Your State Bar number should be placed on all forms submitted.
