WEST VIRGINIA STATE BAR ABA REPRESENTATIVE – At its meeting of January 13, 2012, The West Virginia State Bar Board of Governors modified the policy, which has been in effect for the past several years, of naming the Immediate Past President as the State Bar’s ABA Representative. Before nominating a Past President, that individual must be contacted to confirm that he/she will accept the nomination, if selected by the Board of Governors. Nominations for ABA State Bar Representative should be submitted to Anita R. Casey no later than April 4, 2012, in order to appear on The State Bar Board of Governors’ agenda of April 19, 2012.
