2014 State Bar Annual Meeting
The State Bar is pleased to announce the 2014 Annual Meeting. The meeting will take place in Charleston on May 9 & 10th.
6 hours CLE, including 5 hours of ethics/law office management, will be offered. A banquet will be held May 9th recognizing 50 Year Members, State Bar Past Presidents, and Award winners.

Young Lawyer Mentor of the Year Nominations Open

Alternative Sentences and Restorative Justice
On April 5, 2014 from 9:30-11:00am, Colson Hall, 1503 University Avenue & the Mountainlair, Morgantown, WV. A series of roundtables, sponsored by the Educational Justice & Appalachian Prisons Symposium will be held.

WV Bar Foundation Fellows Dinner
/25th Anniversary Celebration
The WV Bar Foundation Board of Directors is pleased to announce special plans for the 16th Annual Bar Foundation Fellows Dinner on April 24, 2014 to include a celebration of the Bar Foundation’s 25th Anniversary.

The event at the Marriott Hotel in Charleston, beginning at 6:00 PM, will include a performance of legal music performed by the Bob Noone Show and the distribution of the 25th Anniversary commemorative booklet.

WVU Immigration Law Clinic

WV Public Defender Services

2014 Annual Conference: “We are in this together”

U.S. Department of Justice Vacancy

The United States Attorney’s Office has an opening for an attorney to work in the Civil Division of its Wheeling office.  Qualifications, salary information, and application process can be found at  www.justice.gov/usao/wvn. Deadline for applications March 31, 2014.
