WV State Bar members currently insured by Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield for health insurance are to receive premium notices form Highmark reflecting their new monthly premium effective January 1.
Attorneys desiring health insurance with Highmark, in accordance with the Affordable Care Act must enroll by January 31, 2016.

Trial Court Administrator Job Opening
Trial Court Administrator for the Kanawha County Circuit Court. Will work in concert with the Kanawha County Circuit Judges under the supervision of the Chief Circuit Judge with the State Court Administrator. Responsibilities are managerial in nature and include court service delivery, determining and meeting operational requirements, overseeing facilities, budgeting, purchasing, overseeing personnel and performing related work as required. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration or related field. Five years’ experience in administrative or supervisory role. Working familiarity with court rules, procedures, and administrative law. Must be technologically skilled to navigate and manage electronic-based court filing, case management and time management systems. Salary commensurate with experience. Candidates must pass a criminal background check.
