The service, intended to provide quick information to members of the public on basic legal issues, is staffed by volunteer members of the State Bar. The service has been renamed Tuesday Legal Connect (aka: TLC) in recognition of the significantly increased number of attorney participants, the quality of the training provided to those participants, the use of Legal Aid of West Virginia’s multiple locations and state of the art phone system, and the coordination of participants throughout the State by the staff of Legal Aid of West Virginia.
