State Bar Website Unavailable

In order to better serve our members, on Friday, May 31,the State Bar Website will be unavailable while the current member section is replaced by the State Bar Membership Portal. This Portal will allow members to handle their FRD, IOLTA and CLE reporting requirements and pay fees on line and in one easy step. On Monday, June 3, all members will receive an email containing instructions on how to log into their member account. Online submission of annual reporting requirements and payment of fees will be available shortly after your member account is created.

West Virginia Supreme Court Rule 8 Amendments

The Court has proposed Amendments to Trial Court Rule 8 Governing, Cameras, Audio Equipment, and Media in the Courtroom. Comments must be filed in writing by May 31, 2013.Click here for the proposed rule.
