HIPAA Court Cases
The Executive Branch Privacy Management Team is compiling a list of court cases that address HIPAA issues. The Team is asking lawyers who are currently dealing with these issues, or who have dealt with these issues in the past, to provide the case name, county, judge, issue and resolution to Wendy Elswick, Assistant Attorney General, atwendy.a.elswick@wv.gov on or before June 1, 2013.
