The 2013 version of the State Bar membership directory is now available. The directory is a digital .PDF file that can be saved to your computer. As a service to our members, this version of the directory is only available through the member login.
The West Virginia State Bar has a new membership website coming soon! As a new feature, which will save time for our members, one representative of your office can be designated to enter the entire firm’s mandatory Financial Responsibility Disclosure and IOLTA information. In order to collect the necessary information, we are asking all Bar members to report their firm name. If you work for a government entity, identify that entity as your “firm name.” If you are a sole-practitioner, your name will be your “firm name.” It is essential that we have this information before April 1, 2013.Click here to submit your firm name.

Recording CLE Hours for Non-Approved Providers
At its meeting of January 11, 2013, The West Virginia State Bar Board of Governors approved a $20 fee for reporting CLE credit hours submitted for any program which has not received prior approval from the MCLE Commission. The filing fee will become effective for all non-approved hours submitted on or after March 18. Click here to view a copy of the form. She and her Morgantown firm Sal Sellaro Culpepper Legal Group routinely provide pro bono legal services for clients of the Rape and Domestic Violence Information Center (RDVIC), WV Legal Aid, and WV Bar’s Legal Connect, and they have received multiple awards in recognition of their many years of pro bono service. Passionate about helping children and families, Natalie has served as a member of the West Virginia Court Improvement Oversight Board (charged with working state-wide to improve outcomes for children and families in the child welfare system) and frequently presents at continuing legal education conferences statewide on issues relating to child welfare.
Natalie’s philosophy – that the generous sharing of our time and talents is essential for our community to thrive – has been every bit as much a driving force in her private life. She is on the Board of Directors of Christian Help, a local nonprofit providing necessities and services to area residents, and is a consultant for The Pantry Plus More, another local nonprofit whose mission is to help provide food, clothing, and other necessities to school-aged children. Natalie spent over 18 years as a frequent volunteer for West Virginia Public Broadcasting, providing both extensive on-air volunteer assistance and off-air support for television and radio fund drives. She encourages others to become involved with the various community organizations and efforts addressing the challenges facing families in West Virginia, believing that, "Our collective wisdom is so much greater than that of any one of us alone."
As a mother of two amazing children (and volunteers-in-training), Natalie is an extremely active volunteer and fundraiser for Morgantown Learning Academy, her children’s nonprofit school, and serves on the affiliated Mountain Stewardship and Outdoor Leadership Advisory Board that oversees the unique Mountain SOL outdoor education program. With a deep love of science and an engineering background, Natalie and her husband also promote science engagement and education for children in the community. From her daily social media “Cool Science Fact” to coaching FIRST Lego Robotics to providing occasional hands-on science exhibitions at area schools and daycare programs, Natalie encourages adults and children alike to get involved and to “Play science!”
