Secretary of State Natalie Tennant Asks for Update to Notary Law
The Interim Commission on Interstate Cooperation will consider adopting the Uniform Law Commission’s (ULC) Revised Uniform Law on Notarial Acts (RULONA) in a meeting set for Tuesday, November 19, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. in the Senate Finance Committee Room (Capitol 451-M).

On October 29, 2013, Matt Arrowood, Director of Circuit Clerk Services, presented proposed amendments to the West Virginia Trial Court Rules, West Virginia Rules of Civil Procedure, and Rules of Criminal Procedure, all to establish the Unified Electronic Filing System.
The Court did provisionally approve said amendments, as well as a period of public comment on the proposed amendments. Additions are indicated by underlining. Comments may be filed in writing with the Clerk of this Court on or before
