Are you a 2013 graduate of the WVU College of Law, or do you have a 2013 grad working for you? If so, the WVU LAW Career Services Center needs to know the graduate’s employment status as part of the REQUIRED data to be submitted to the ABA. This information is crucial to issues such as the law school’s continuing accreditation, national rankings, and even future applicants interested in the school’s employment rates.

On October 29, 2013, Matt Arrowood, Director of Circuit Clerk Services, presented proposed amendments to the West Virginia Trial Court Rules, West Virginia Rules of Civil Procedure, and Rules of Criminal Procedure, all to establish the Unified Electronic Filing System.
The Court did provisionally approve said amendments, as well as a period of public comment on the proposed amendments. Additions are indicated by underlining. Comments may be filed in writing with the Clerk of this Court on or before
