West Virginia Public Defender Guidelines

The West Virginia Public Defender services has published new guidelines for determining the eligibility of individuals for the representation that is made available under the provisions of Article 21 of Chapter 29 of the West Virginia Code.  The guidelines shall take effect on October 1, 2013.
