The University of Charleston’s Art program is proud to announce its first student exhibition in the West Virginia State Bar Center. This year’s Senior Art Exhibition is the latest project in the ongoing partnership between the two institutions that allows students and professors from UC to utilize the State Bar’s offices for various projects. The exhibition will present a variety of media and content created during the seniors’ thesis and capstone project. The capstone project consists of in-depth study, a written senior thesis, and creation of a cohesive body of work. Students showcasing their works are: Maame Serwaa Adu-Bonsu, Marieve G. Edwards, Kristina M. Ledezma, Amber Indigo Stanley.
The exhibition will open April 10 and continues through May 4, with an artists’ reception on Wednesday April 29, from 4:00 to 5:30 pm in the offices of the West Virginia State Bar.
