A lawyer, who is not a member of the West Virginia State Bar but who is currently licensed and authorized to practice law in another state, territory, or possession of the United States, may apply to appear as counsel pro hac vice in any case pending before a court, board or administrative agency in the State of West Virginia. See Rule 8
All Out-of-State Lawyers must be registered at www.mywvbar.org before filing a Pro Hac Vice with the State Bar.
Organizations with 5 or more WV licensed attorneys are able to designate an administrator to submit FRD & IOLTA compliance information and make fee payments on behalf of the entire firm through one submission. If you do not have login for your organization use the link below.
Continuing Legal Education Providers are required to submit all course approval applications and attendance reporting via the online portal.
