Attorneys can now complete their West Virginia State Bar Membership Photo ID Card application online at https://apps.wv.gov/DMV/SelfService/StateBar
The new service enables attorneys to submit and pay for the application online. Attorneys who reside in West Virginia, and have a valid photo on file with the West Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles, may choose to have their membership ID card mailed to them directly or may pick it up in person at any West Virginia DMV office. The receipt from the online transaction must be presented if picking it up at a DMV office.
