CLE Provider Online Reporting

The West Virginia State Bar is pleased to announce its newest online system for Continuing Legal Education Providers.  Approved Providers are now able to complete all reporting processes on their own using the CLE Provider Portal.

Providers are now required to:

1. List Provided Courses Online
2. All approved courses need to be submitted on the provider portal click here for instructions.
3. Report Attorney Attendance Online
4. Providers are required to submit a list of State Bar members who attended each course. Click here for instructions.
5. When you submit the attendance for a course, an email is sent to the member for them to approve before it reflects on their transcript.

Instructions

Setting up your account

If you do not already have a login account for your organization then you will need to complete the following steps. If you have not applied for accreditation as a sponsor after July 1, 2015. contact mellacem@wvbar.org to register your account.

1. Go to https://www.mywvbar.org/user/password and request a password.
2. Click on the link inside of the password request email.
3. Set your new password

After logging in to www.mywvbar.org – Presumptive Providers

1. Add courses to your course listing
2. Importing instructions click here
3. Individual course submissions click here
4. Report Attorney Attendance – Click here for instructions

After logging in to www.mywvbar.org – Non-Presumptive Providers

1. Submitting Courses for Approval
   1. Login to www.mywvbar.org
   2. Select “Submit New Course”
   3. Enter course name, type and minutes.
   4. Select the course date and location. (if multiple locations select “add more”)
   5. Click Save
   6. Enter additional course details, attach required documentation (file upload) and click “save”
   7. Select payment method (Check or Credit Card), an invoice or receipt will be sent to you via email.
   8. Once your course is approved you will receive an email confirming.
