Performs full performance level legal duties assigned by Legal Division Director and Attorney Supervisor, including but not limited to work in the area of employment and administrative law: representing the agency in trials and hearings before various judicial and administrative forums; conducting depositions; preparing legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, and opinions; and performs similar or related work as required. Provides opinions regarding disciplinary actions and may respond to Freedom of Information Act requests.
