The West Virginia Department of Agriculture Executive Division is seeking a Staff Attorney. This position will work with agency leadership, including General Counsel, on various matters such as contract/agreement management, legal research, real estate transactions, legal/compliance training, managing legal inquiries, and other legal/legislative support activities. Two years of experience as a licensed attorney, preferred.
This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with a wide variety benefits including health insurance, life insurance, retirement, paid leave and holidays.
