Taylor Law Office has an immediate opening for a full-time litigation attorney. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in insurance defense, though attorneys with less experience will also be considered.
We are open to remote, hybrid, or in-office work arrangements for the right candidate.
We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates:
– Excellent client relationship skills
– Strong written and oral communication abilities
– Ability to work independently and handle significant client contact
– West Virginia Bar admission (required)
This position offers the opportunity to manage cases independently, interact directly with clients, and contribute to a growing practice within an established and collaborative firm.
Qualifications:
– West Virginia Bar admission
– Minimum of 3 years’ experience in civil litigation (insurance defense preferred)
– Superior writing, research, client communication, and organizational skills
– Strong computer literacy and comfort with legal technology
