A full-service creditor’s rights law firm with offices serving Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and West Virginia is growing its WV practice and looking for an attorney ready to build a focused, high-volume litigation career in foreclosure and default servicing law.
This role is open to all experience levels. Whether you’re a newly licensed attorney looking for a defined path, a litigator ready to specialize, or a seasoned creditor’s rights attorney — if you’re licensed in West Virginia and ready to work, we want to talk.
What you’ll do:
Draft and review pleadings and legal documents in foreclosure matters
Appear in courts throughout West Virginia
Support the foreclosure process from initiation through resolution in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Requirements:
Active WV Bar license in good standing (required)
Any background in real estate, title, litigation, or collections is a plus
Multi-state licensure (OH, KY, IN) is a plus — not required
Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn case management software
