Raleigh County Public Defender Corporation
Position: Assistant Public Defender
Description: Position available immediately in Raleigh County for Assistant Public Defender to provide representation of indigent persons in abuse & neglect, felony and misdemeanor criminal cases, juvenile cases, mental hygiene, habeas corpus and appeals, and other trial proceedings. Must be a licensed member of the West Virginia State Bar. Computer skills and ability to follow office policies/procedures are required.
Pay will depend on experience but is very competitive.
