West Virginia Consumer Advocate
The Public Service Commission of West Virginia seeks a Director of the Consumer Advocate Division which serves as advocate for the position of and in the interest of residential public utility customers. The Director shall be a citizen and resident of the State of West Virginia, a person with experience in the field of utility regulation, and (1) an attorney admitted to practice in the State of West Virginia; or (2) an accountant; or (3) an economist. The salary range for this position is $80,000 – $92,000. The Director is appointed by the Public Service Commission to a two-year term and is eligible for reappointment. The office of the Consumer Advocate Division is located in Charleston.
