At least 3 years of experience drafting title opinions in West Virginia, Pennsylvania or Ohio
Familiarity preparing large unit-wide division order ownerships with tract and allocation factors
Positive attitude, great work ethic and loves working as part of a team
Remote work OK if outside of the Columbus, OH metro area
