The Office of the West Virginia Attorney General is seeking a full-time attorney to represent the Department of Homeland Security as part of the Office’s Arts, Education, Commissions and Boards Division. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of five (5) years of litigation experience. Candidates will have superior written and oral communication skills. Successful candidates will be aggressive and focused with the ability to produce a high-quality legal product under strict deadlines. Candidates must have an active WV law license and successfully pass a background check.
