Join Our Team: Remote West Virginia Associate Attorney
Javitch Block LLC is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney licensed in West Virginia to join our growing litigation team. This is a remote position based from your home office, with a strong preference for candidates located in Southern West Virginia or the Kanawha Valley. You’ll play a key role in litigating creditor’s rights and subrogation matters, managing your own caseload, and representing clients in court proceedings including pre-trials, trials, mediations, and hearings. Travel will be required.
What You’ll Do:
Independently manage case files and determine strategic next steps
Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings
Collaborate with a high-performing legal team to deliver results
Communicate persuasively through written and oral advocacy
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed to practice law in West Virginia (required)
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
Experience in high-volume, fast-paced legal environments
Strong investigative and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Self-starter with excellent time management and teamwork skills
