ACTIVE WSBA LICENSE REQUIRED. Cowlitz Law Group PLLC and Birch Bay Law Group (Vancouver, WA) are engaging contract attorneys for active family law and estate litigation caseloads. Fully remote – licensed Washington attorneys may work from anywhere.
Practice areas: Family law (dissolution, custody, DVPO, child support); estate litigation (TEDRA, will contests, guardianship/conservatorship); real estate and business litigation.
Compensation: $50-$250/hour | 1099 independent contractor | flexible schedule | immediate caseload available.
Requirements: Active WSBA license in good standing (required); 2+ years WA family law or estate litigation experience preferred; strong legal writing and research skills.
Also hiring: Paid law clerks/externs at $25/hr (W-2) – 1L/2L/3L students and recent grads.
