Seeking lawyer to assist firm in handling consumer and commercial debt collection and foreclosures throughout West Virginia. Position includes preparing and reviewing pleadings, preparing training materials for staff, and attendance at court matters in both the State and Federal Bankruptcy Courts. Must be licensed to practice law for at least 5 years in the State of West Virginia and have experience with foreclosure. This is a work from home position. Some travel to our main office in Akron, Ohio will be required.
Our firm is a Creditor’s Rights law firm established in 1997 based in Akron, Ohio with a satellite office in Lexington, Kentucky.
Primary Responsibilities:
Attorney must be organized and able to handle their own personal workload in a timely manner.
Attorney experience in foreclosure matters is required. Knowledge and experience in bankruptcy and collections is a plus, but not required.
Attorney must be willing to represent clients in State and Federal Bankruptcy Courts in West Virginia.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Law Degree
Licensed for at least 5 years in the State of West Virginia. Candidates holding a law license in Ohio and/or Kentucky would be ideal.
Foreclosure Experience
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with BKFS and Tempo are preferred.
