Qualifications:

  • The preferred candidate must be licensed to practice law in West Virginia.
  • Candidates must have a strong work ethic and excellent analytical, research, writing and speaking skills.
  • Excellent academic credentials and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with a client-focused approach is essential.
  • Experience with pleadings, motions and discovery process and rules are essential.  Energy industry experience and knowledge are a plus.
  • Interested candidates should have a strong desire to learn and grow within the Firm.  The ability to maintain strict client and Firm confidentiality is a must.
  • A satisfactory result on a post offer, pre-employment background screening is required.
