Hearing or Visually Impaired Attorneys

The West Virginia Schools for the Deaf and the Blind are attempting to determine if there are lawyers in West Virginia who are themselves deaf or have a particular interest in the issues of the deaf community.  Likewise, are there lawyers who are blind or have represented persons who are blind in issues around access.
