Directions to Location: The seminar will take place at the West Virginia State Capitol Complex in Building 7 – State Training Center, Capitol Room. Due to current construction you will need to enter in Building 5 and follow the signs to Building 7 on the right. State employees that show their State Identification Card will be able to bypass security.
