The By‑Laws of the West Virginia State Bar provide for the election of a member to the Board of Governors for a four-year term beginning in March 2023, from State Bar Districts 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.

Once signed by the requisite number of members, the petition must be RECEIVED, by mail or email, no later than 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, February 9, 2023. Completed petitions should be sent to the Executive Director of the West Virginia State Bar, 2000 Deitrick Boulevard, Charleston, WV 25311-1231 or pickensmj@wvbar.org. If multiple copies of the petition are used, they must be sent together.
