Mission of the WV Bar Elder Law Committee

The mission of the WV Bar Elder Law Committee is to assist in the education and professionalism of attorneys, legal professionals and the general public regarding issues facing the elderly as well as persons with special needs in West Virginia. In addition, the committee shall comment on pending legislative proposals and seek appropriate revisions to existing legislation.
