The State Bar is pleased to announce the exhibition of photography work of State Bar Member D.C. Offutt Jr.. Mr. Offutt’s photography is available for viewing at the State Bar Center.

The annual Law Day Contest for West Virginia students is now accepting submissions. The theme this year is “Toward a More Perfect Union: The Constitution in Times of Change.” Winners will be announced in late April and prizes will be awarded.
