The State Bar is pleased to announce the exhibition of the art work of Saint Joseph Central Catholic High School students at the State Bar Center. The students’ oil on canvas display of 17 pieces will be available for viewing until the end of December 2019. Thank you is extended to the talented students and their art instructor, Sherri Holtzapfel, for lending the art work to The State Bar.
In addition to the State Bar’s conference rooms being available to Bar members for mediations, client meetings and depositions, the renovation of the State Bar’s Training Center has been completed and is now available to Bar members for lunch meetings, seminars, and out-of-office training sessions for attorneys, their staff, and/or large groups of clients. The room is located on the lower level of the State Bar Center and will accommodate up to 35 attendees. If an attendee is unable to use stairs from the first floor to the lower level, the attendee may drive down the driveway on the far side of the Bar Center and enter the building at the bottom of the driveway. In addition to a kitchen area that can be used for food service, there are handicap accessible restrooms available on the lower level. Any Bar member who wants to reserve the Training Center or a conference room, may contact the West Virginia State Bar at 304-553-7220. Reserving a room is free to Bar members.
